I am not someone who does my nails often but every time I do, I always come to Mill Hill Nails and use Jade. This is my third time coming now and I am never disappointed - they always remember me and make me feel welcome. Clean salon and smells pleasant. Jade is friendly, professional and always does an amazing job at making me feel like a cared for client I really enjoyed the Vietnamese music they had playing during my nail extension session. All the staff are lovely, but please dont book Jade too much or she wont have much time for me!! Thanks again Mill Hill nails! xx Service: Nail extensions

Avoid salon!! shocked at the quality of service received and the rude manager even though I was their regular customer who has never complained however this time the work done on my nails was so poor, there was a gap between the natural nail and the tip of the acrylic nails on ALL nails so asked them to fix it as it is not done well but they told me to come back tomorrow as not had time. I returned the next day and had nails re-done and they said it is not fair for them to do my nails for free, instead of apologising for wasting my time. I do not expect to pay for the bad work done on my nails to be corrected. When I was leaving the manager said she will not accept me back in the salon as if I was going to return! Anyway, I went there for the last time because they should know how to treat customers, They should learn how to treat a customer who is loyal and keep the clients but unfortunately, when you become a regular customer here their attitude becomes rude which is a shame Service: Acrylic nails

I have been a client for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed by their customer service skills, nail services and products. Mill Hill nails have been consistent throughout all the years and gift me with a Christmas gift every year. My particularly favourite thing about them is their hygiene and cleanliness. This is something I look for when it comes to my personal care and its not as easy to find as people think. Their tools are heat and hand sanitised after every client and their tools are disposable when can be. I have recommend several family and friends and will recommend to. Not to mention, they play Vietnamese music and I enjoy it as well as find it relaxing and believes it gives the salon character. Services: Hand & foot massages, Back massages, French manicures, Nail cut & filing, Sculpted nails, Pedicure, Gel manicures, Dip powder, Nail painting, Nail extensions, Foot massages, Nail designs, Nail repair, Manicure
