appalling the way they speak to customers by phone, pretended a price was 15 when it was 10 and when called back to confront them about it they pretended that it was never 10 when it said that on the website, asked to speak to manager and lady pretended the manager wasnt in but a 2 minutes later goes "oh i will pass you onto the manager".
