Avoid salon!! shocked at the quality of service received and the rude manager even though I was their regular customer who has never complained however this time the work done on my nails was so poor, there was a gap between the natural nail and the tip of the acrylic nails on ALL nails so asked them to fix it as it is not done well but they told me to come back tomorrow as not had time. I returned the next day and had nails re-done and they said it is not fair for them to do my nails for free, instead of apologising for wasting my time. I do not expect to pay for the bad work done on my nails to be corrected. When I was leaving the manager said she will not accept me back in the salon as if I was going to return! Anyway, I went there for the last time because they should know how to treat customers, They should learn how to treat a customer who is loyal and keep the clients but unfortunately, when you become a regular customer here their attitude becomes rude which is a shame Service: Acrylic nails
