Standards here have declined with new ownership - their focus is on getting as many customers through the door and rushing through treatments without quality. New owner was initially very friendly with customers but has since developed quite an attitude. Sit in the salon for a few minutes and youll see her talk to customers quite rudely. Shame as this was once a thriving small business with a regular clientele. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I have been attending this Nail Salon for over 5 years. The previous person that was there named Mary and her team were amazing and polite. The experience I had yesterday going into this premises was shocking. I was very unhappy with the last pedicure I received and I let the young lady that works there now how my experience was on my last visit. She decided to turn around and tell me well if Im not happy I should go elsewhere. Moving forward that is exactly what I am going to do. If you cannot handle constructive criticism then your business will more than likely not survive and I can definitely see the downfall of this company. Not only that This is such a disappointment to the reputation of the business. After my awful encounter here I would recommend people to stay far away from this business because you will more than likely get verbally abused if youre unhappy with the results. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
