Really upsetting I have to write this 2 days before Christmas. I had an appointment at 5pm today not only did I wait until 5:40pm to be seen, I showed the guy the nails taht I wanted, which was a French manicure, he gave me the wrong shape on my nail art and the pink part tahts supposed to be one colour is see through I basically have 3 different shades on my nails I absolutely hate them I told the guy I wasnt happy he told me how he works hard and how the picture I showed him was photo shopped. I paid a whole 45 pounds for these ! I hate them I legit feel to cry, also every customer that came and left got a discount card for Christmas the guy didnt even offer me one I will NEVER come here again even if it was free. Been using Fashion Nails for a couple of years since my friend recommended them. I've got salons nearer home for me but I keep coming back to this one because I am always happy with their services. You can book an appointment, but many times I can walk in and they always find space to fit me in. Staff here are very efficient and always do a great job. In the last year or so they really updated the place with new paint, all new kit & new gel colours. Love love love the new colours! And the new chairs etc really make the place feel clean and modern. Definitely recommend. Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures, French manicures, Dip powder, Polish removal

I called up and asked how much and they told me 24 just for my toes to be painted with shellac and then when they finished they then said 37 and they price me on something every time and then price me different at the till and tbh I wasnt extremely happy they never do nails square they just shape them oval which is my pet hate they also painted my nails the wrong colour and ignored when I said it was wrong and carried on not a happy customer Service: Pedicure
