DO NOT USE THIS SALON -My daughter had her nails infilled in this salon today, she had a gentleman carry out the service. While having her nails done she had no complaints. It wasnt until she paid and was outside the shop that she could see the results. She then went back and asked to be refunded because she was unhappy. They are totally mis-shaped. The coloured gel he applied has run into her cuticles leaving the edges rough and uneven. They refused to refund her but admitted that it was a bad job so offered to take them off and apply a new set. This was appreciated however she didnt have time to sit there for another hour as she was going out. They then offered her a voucher, which she declined as she did not want to return to the salon after this experience. She has been a loyal customer to this salon and never complains, I feel she was completely taken advantage of. Its not about the money, its the fact they allowed a customer to leave the shop with nails looking so bad. In my opinion this was not a qualified nail technicians work. We will not be returning!
