Five Star Nails

Went for a manicure and upgraded to a full set. They were so quick that my nails are too thick and the shape is awful!.

Terrible customer service I asked for a ombr style and they confirmed they could do it and failed to and then removed all my nails and started all over again and I had to choose another style did not particularly want in the first place. Then they proceeded to talk about me in their language which made me feel very uncomfortable, the nail tech was very rough with my hands and also made my friends nail bleed and this was her first experience with acrylics. The nails looked good in the end but the process was not customer friendly and we kept being told different prices for our full sets of nails and they still had the audacity to ask to take pictures of our nails to promote.

The last time I got my nails done here, the nail technician was so moody and rude - didn't even smile. There were also bubbles in all my nails once they dried up, I didn't have time to stay around and get it re-done since I had my friend's bridal shower to be at. It was so disappointing, especially because once I brought this up to the manager (I think), he was rude and hostile. It doesn't help that they're always chatting among themselves too in their own language - definitely wouldn't go here ever again. May just switch back to Jennifer's Nails since all the reviews as of late are terrible for this place. Most of the certificates they have on their wall belong to someone who doesn't even work there anymore as well - because I haven't seen her in there in years. Service: Acrylic nails
