I used to be regular customer at Magic nails before Covid, yesterday I visited shop first time after covid for Acrylic as I used to do always. As soon as I said I want Acrylic I was suggested it takes long time to dry are you sure you dont want Shellac? I took it as recommendation but I said I am fine with Acrylic. During the whole process I was asked same question numerous times by two people who were switching over until nail polish wasnt applied yet. But the way I was treated I felt like I have been punished for not choosing Shellac. My nails were done exactly the opposite of my expectations and my previous experience. No one clean the cuticle or cut dry skin or nails underneath before glue fake ones. After applying nail polish they didnt even clean excess. Top coat brush cover 4 nails in one dip and top coat wasnt applied on all over nails, was only being applied on the middle part with just dry brush, was looking like its just a pretend that top coat is being applied. Even the Acrylic powder was used too little and one time only and whole nail was covered in one go and thats it. After exiting the shop I pressed my nails with finger because nails polish was dry till then and I realised that few nails are already shaking. I wasnt happy anyway the way I was treated on top of that it looks like its going to break. I was also told few times that I will go for cheaper nail polish then it will come off, I have been doing nails from about 12 years and it was always Acrylic and I never had any problems with nail polish coming or so, however Some shops I have done my nails they used to lift up from cuticles exactly because they didnt clean properly. I believe it was all done so that it will have bad results next time I should go get shellac done, but sorry next time I would prefer somewhere else. I wouldnt recommend to those who wants to go for Acrylic and I dont know about other services. Service: Acrylic nails

I am extremely dissatisfied. I got my nails done two days ago and they are already chipped. This has never ever happened to me at any other nail place. The quality of the nails is horrific, the nail shape too. The guy doing my nails was funny and friendly however he did not do a great job, i left him a tip just because of how nice he was however the quality was so bad. I would not recommend this place at all, its very expensive, I got short black nails and paid 35??? absolutely disappointed in this

The staff are very polite and sweet thats why I gave 2 stars but the quality of the nails were very poor. Acrylics only lasted a week, started lifting from the nail beds a few days in.
