        horrible service - only asked for regular acrylics but was charged the price of gel acrylics. cost 40 on the most basic set and the nails were done sloppily too. shapes not consistent and the french tips were poorly done. on top, the guy was so rough with the service my cuticles kept bleeding. never had any nail tech make my cuticles bleed. not happy and got ripped off for the price.         First time coming to this nail salon, but I've always walked past it when heading to the Tescos. Was a last minute decision as I had broken one of my nails and had a wedding to go to in the evening. They have a walk-in system only (you grab a ticket when you come in), so be prepared to wait when they're busy. I waited for about an hour before it was my turn, but I could see that all the technicians took a lot of care with their clients. Previous salons I've been to the technicians would be rushing to do my nails. The technician who did my nails was great, unfortunately I forgot to ask for his name! We had a lovely chat whilst he fixed my nails, this was on 5 October and as I'm writing this review the shellac on my nails are still going strong :)
