Rainbow Nail Shop

The man who did my nails was very nice and friendly. However, improvements could be made in quality Of how nails are carried out. In addition , the prices are inconsistent and I had to challenge them over the price of getting my nails done.

AVOID!!!! Especially the Male that does nails!! He is rude, pulls your hands around, hits your hands when he wants you to move them!! No quality customer service. I'm not happy with my Nails the pink is so streaky!! I've never had my nails look like this!!! I'm sticking to my usual place where I know that I will be happy with the outcome. I wish I just refused to pay!!! Service: Manicure

Id give it a 5 if the shop looked better aesthetically! Ive stopped going to my overpriced, fancy nail shop and opted for Rainbow Nail shop instead. The girls speak great English, theyre super fast and always do an amazing job. There hasnt yet been an instance where Ive left the shop dissatisfied! This is the WORST nail shop I've been to in my entire life, and I've been to many over the years. The woman doing my nails was clearly new and kept relying on another staff member to ask the basic questions I had about my nails. This same woman kept hovering over us and staring the entire time - when I asked for my nails not to be filed because it hurts them, she was raising her voice and telling me in a very rude tone that I should have them filed because blah blah blah. I allowed her to file it slightly, but when that horrid woman left I told the woman doing my nails not to file them. I'm a paying customer, they don't dictate what is done to my own nails. She only used one coat of polish and multiple on the ends so even after 30mins of drying, they never fully dried and were messed up that very night. So unfortunately I had to go to the occasion the next morning with screwed up nails. After around 2 days the acrylic had already started coming off as well. I only chose this place because all the legit salons were fully booked. Let's just say, that was my first and very last visit. Service: Acrylic nails
