Dont go here! I have never written a bad review of anywhere but I really don't want anyone else to feel as awful as I felt, I couldn't wait to get out. Having your nails done should be a treat but they act as if you are a pain for coming in. They expect you to pick a colour instantly and this time (in October, I'm writing this months later) I actually caught the girl rolling her eyes at me, I felt so hurt, I was being so friendly and she was just rude and belittling. I felt they were talking about me before and I'm afraid I think that is true. Service: Gel manicures

I spoke to them and clearly told them that I chopped my nails, can I have the white tips re done on a few fingers . They said thats fine come in for 1pm. I turned up and then they said I shouldve gone to the place where I had my nails , just to re do three fingers if white tips. They said we are fully booked, i then said you said I could come for 1pm. They said I thought you wanted your nails painted , we dont have time for you. I said thats ridiculous it wont take five minutes, so they did them for me. They were very they were quite moany, not very friendly. ( till lady in particular)

Please do not go here they have left me 70 Pound more skint and I feel like I have bubbles on my nails Ive had my nails done many times and they have never been so thick, I had French tip done and the lines a wonky and overall just horrible I asked for square shape and Ive ended up with coffin they are rude and do not listen to what you are asking they woman that did my nails was on the phone to her friend the whole time do not recommend Service: French manicures

I wasnt sure to write a review but after almost 5 months I still think about it. I booked an appointment with someone that i knew was good, went on time but not sure why, she decided to use her phone and another lady made my nails. As you can see they were horrible. I wasnt there to fight, I did point out they were shorter, or you could see the top of my nails, but I dont like arguments so I left and paid 35. I send a complaint asking for a new manicure, i went back to the saloon only 3 days later. They were thick and uneven and I asked to remove them completely and do everything from the beginning, Ill be honest, i never complain, and I was pretty chill. Can happen to make mistakes, the problem was the owner wanted me to pay 45 when I was leaving. We had a fight, she told me it was my fault because I should have complained immediately, and speak up, not enough that I have anxiety, I need to have anxiety too when I have my nails done? At the end I agreed and left 25 that is how much I wanted to give as tips to the lady, since she was amazing. But nope, the owner took the money and pretty sure she hasnt got any tips. Sadly I used to go here every month and I was happy, but after paying a lot of money didnt expect this service. My two friends stopped going there too after I told them what happened. Is sad because I was chill about and simply asked to fix the problem, but instead the owner decided to have an argument and scream in front all the costumer, she is quite rude. All the lady that works there are nice. Anyway I think everyone can agree that this nails are bad.
