I have used this nail shop for years and love it. Always so helpful and do my nails so well. They now have a beauty department at the back so I can also have my treatments done in one place. Best nail shop in West Wickham x

I have been coming hear for over 15 years! Every technician here is amazing! Show them anything you want and they will create it to perfect. Great service, polite and friendly. Lovely personalised touches from addressing you by your name, remember what you like and refreshments. Relaxing environment and 1000's of colours to chose from! I've tried so many nail places out of convenience but this place never fails me and I always end up coming back. Services: Dip powder, Nail designs, Nail extensions

My third time of going here. All three times i have been poorly treated. The first i was barely acknowledged and after standing around for over 5mins i was told to sit in the waiting and then people arrived after me were greeted and asked what they wanted doing etc. I still hadn't been asked what i wanted. Eventually, i was attended to when a customer commented she wasn't next and that she had met me there. 2nd visit...why did i go back? Again i was ignored and again i waited and waited and waited. I believe i was being talked about in their language but no one spoke to me. No one. After 10mins i left. 3rd visit (6 days ago)...it was an emergency and I was desperate, okay. And also the only place i could get an appointment. Well, this time i got a hello. Yay! I said i had an appointment. They asked what time, i told them. I was 3 mins early. They spoke their language among themselves for a minute or two during which i heard 'appointment' mentioned a lot. Then i was ignored. I sat and waited. After 10mins, i got put in a massage chair and hot water run for my feet...i was asked to put my feet in while the water was running. It was SO TOO VERY hot. I told the person that put on the tap it was too hot. She made no movement until the basin was almost full. Then she switched off the tap. I said no when she asked me to put my feet in. She checked it, said a few things then put in some cold water. I put my feet in. I asked a couple of times when i will get attended to, no response. At a time, I was still there feet soaking for over 35mins, no one telling me anything and now over 50mins since i arrived at the saloon. A few customers then arrived and they started aattending to those customers !! I dried my feet and got up. They then jumped up (2 of them) and said they will attend to me now. Asked me to please sit down. But i didn't believe them. I had no confidence in them. I left. This time i will not be going back. I really wouldn't. Honest. Emergency...desparation would NOT be making me go back. I have reviewed this place previously after my 1st visit. It was not a glowing review.
