I would give this office less stars if I could. Absolutely awfully rude stuff. Extremely unhelpful as though they go out of there way to make to make situation's more difficult then they have to be. Never returning calls when they say they will. There are a couple of helpful staff but only a couple and that does not make up for the rest. I would suggest everyone avoid this office like it's a plague

A couple of lovely people working that but a couple that are so rude it outweighs the rest. And there is, as with all council offices in Islington, a pretty high level of incompetence.

Quick turn around for parking permits but annoying rules for loading at estates managed by Islington Council. You need to go out of your way to pick up a temporary parking permit during office hours, I only need 30min at a time to drop off/pick up belongings. A max stay 1hour residents loading zone that anyone living at the property can use at any-time with PIN entry would be much nicer.
