I worked with Andrew Saunders, who was supported by Leanie Freed. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and helpful from the off - had good contextual knowledge about what was likely to be accepted and not, and was always extremely quick to both respond to things and get things actioned even with it being such an extremely busy time. Leanie was always supportive at following up with the details as needed. Would 10/10 recommend to someone, especially who needed support using their day rate as an income rather than being treated like another business.

I just recently completed on my staircasing, and Raj made the process as smooth as possible (god knows how hard it is to get a mortgage as a freelancer - even more during the cost of living crisis) and was very reactive to every email/phone call I had.
