My husband and I can't recommend Independent James enough. Tom and Dan were so helpful and always incredibly quick to respond. There was no question that they couldn't answer and no problem too complicated that they couldn't solve. Their services were totally tailored to our specific situation and whenever interest rates or anything else would change, they would always be the first to contact us to make sure we were always getting the best deal. My sister recommended Independent James to me and I am really glad I took her advice. It took me five years to find a place to purchase and in that time Tom and Daniel have been essential to the process, offering super clear advice to a total newbie, picking up the phone whenever I had a stupid question, and having remarkable forbearance with the world's slowest conveyancing.
