I was looking to remortgage at a time where the interest rates were climbing. All the rates I was being offered were very high and I couldn't really afford them. A friend recommended Harri and the London Financial Advisors and I'm very glad they did. As soon as I contacted Harri he got back to me very quickly, which was appreciated as it was important to secure a rate asap. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and found me a rate which was much lower than rates I was offered from other Brokers. I was very happy with the service from start to end, and would highly recommend the London Financial Advisors.

I have known Harri for approximately 7 years now. He always suggested me the best mortgage product at the best rates in the market. I have used London financial services for my own residential mortgage, BTL mortgage and and other remortgages. I felt the process was always simple and easy. I would recommend without giving it a second thought! I've got in contact with Harri through recommendation from my friend after going through many mortgage advisors who said I'm not eligible to get any mortgage from lender because I'm not UK citizen. On our first meet, he collected all information needed & said it's possible with getting mortgage in principle by end of week!! Also, lender who given me mortgage in principle was going to change some rules the next day I put offer on a property, Harri proactively submitted my application on the same day which saved me from trying to find another lender after finding property I wanted to buy!! Harri will be doing my remortgage and any next property I'm buying that says enough for recommendation I have of him. London Financial Advisors were recommended to us by a friend of ours when we were in the process of buying our fist house. As a First Time Buyer, me and my wife had a lot of queries which Harri and his team addressed thoroughly. Us being on a limited time to remain in the UK (Work Permit)had its own challenges in securing a mortgage, which Harri dealt with professionaly and helped us finding the lender with the best rate available.
