They never stop trying, always on the ball in regards to your case. Can't praise them enough. They are very very good!

One of the most frustrating and awful experiences I have ever had with someone in finance and I used to work for a brokerage!! If you like your mortgage application to move at a snails pace, whilst paying fees upfront, calls and emails being ignored and being spoken to in a rude manner then Alex is your man!! We were told that we couldn't achieve what we wanted to and he seemed completely baffled by the suggestion of a let to buy. So we searched elsewhere- same scenario, same figures etc. and less than a week later we have 2mortgage offers. Although he has been in business a long time he seems out of touch with other options that are available. Absolutely no care or consideration given to your application and just generally very very bad service and an unpleasant person to interact with. I would urge others to seek advice and assistance elsewhere- this man is not worth your time or money.
