For years I have been driving past Mortgage on the Hill and wanted to give a call! Finally my wife made the call after searching for a local broker on the web!! Dev has been patient with us as our application was not straight forward. He was able to identify a rate and persistent with the underwriter to get the right mortgage for us. Our experience with Dev Sopal of Mortgage On The Hill has been fantastic. Dev is very proactive, knowledgeable, genuine and resourceful. He is very approachable, easy to talk to, extremely good in answering queries, generous with his time, patient, polite and gave us good advice all throughout. We lost few hundred pounds with previous adviser but Dev has been very professional charged us good price and had to pay at reasonable time. Dev got us an offer that suited our requirement even as My sister who will turn 60 this year and Me nearing 50. I was referred to Dev from Mortgage on the Hill by a friend despite having used a previous brooker/advisor. Dev was able to identify a rate that was comfortable and was far better than the rates on offer to me from other lenders.
