Elaine was "Simply the best" I have been using brokers for approx 20 years now. Recently a couple of brokers I have used in the past where unable to help me given my new circumstances. However, Elaine was confident form the start she could over certain obstacles. Eliane was extremely polite, down to earth, welcoming and professional in her approach. She kept in frequent contact and updated me every step of the way. Probably the best broker I have used in my life. Would absolutely recommend. The only criticism was that Elaine was too efficient. She followed everything up with an email, and sometimes wanted me to email her back. I am a lazy individual, and I hate to use emails. Thank you Elaine and Pauline for all you hard and excellent work. I honestly don't know had you did it.

I really cant praise Roger and June enough for the service that they provided in securing a mortgage for me. Their updates are were clear and comprehensive and set clear expectations of what the next steps were and when the next update would be. I am very happy with the rate and terms that they have secured for me. This was my first time securing a mortgage as a Contractor so I was a little nervous (especiallyWith the background of Brexit and IR35) but I was in very safe hands.
