Yemi is in a word, absolutely phenomenal. I had spoken to a few advisors, prior to him being recommended to me and the gulf between them and him is night and day. Always happy to help, advise and break things down in the simplest of forms. As someone who isn't well versed in mortgages I found his knowledge and input invaluable. Not to mention he found me a great deal and it all went through flawlessly. I was able to get in touch every single time and wasn't ever told to call back later. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I will certainly be using him again in the near future.

Through a reference of a family friend I came across Yemi Ajayi and chose him as our mortgage advisor for our first house. When many other advisors had put me down, it was him who came as our last hope and indeed we weren't disappointed at all by his services. He was very professional and helpful throughout our application process from start to finish. The best part was as a first time buyer I could contact him whenever I needed. He was always there happy to answer my queries. I also liked the fact that I was not pushed into buying any other products/services and he respected and understood my religious beliefs. He knows his job well and is always happy to guide his customers to the best of his knowledge.

Where does one start. Thanks to Yemi Ajay I have been living in my beautiful home for one week today. Yemi initially helped me with mortgage in 2011 and thought of having to go for mortgage again etc., was daunting and Iwould have hesitated if I did not have Yemi's help. First of all he has found me an excellent mortgage but it was so much more than this. Due to leasehold issues etc., my my sale and purchase was a very difficult one and Yemi gave me support and advise that was way beyond what I would have received from any bank. When I was ready to throw the towel in (literally) Yemi said let's stay positive and we did. This was so tailor made that can only say; 'Thanks Yemi'.P.S would banks send you bottles of bubbly in the post?Yemi has also helped my friend with mortgage and no doubt I will recommend him to anyone I know is looking for mortgage.
