I have used Expert Mortgage Brokers a few times now and I can not speak highly enough of them. Most recently i had a fairly complex remortgage situation. This involved deed changes, selling a property and taking out a new joint mortgage. I initially went to a couple of high street banks directly but to no avail. As usual Expert came through and were able to get me what i needed. Due to the complexities of my case my first two applications were rejected. Where most would have given up, Expert persisted to help me get my mortgage. And on the third occasion, no doubt because of their standing and experience in dealing with the lenders, they were able to get me the mortgage i needed. Throughout the process staff were very professional and i was kept informed of progress at every stage. Communication was very efficient and i found this really helpful during what was a stressful time for me. I would highly recommend Expert for all types of mortgage needs you have. Thank you!!
