DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWFUL. I have been registered with ATL for more than 6 years. At first for a couple of years the service was operating relatively well with a few errors. I believe in giving chances because when the system is operating well it is a good service. However I have encountered too many very very serious problems with this company over the past 4 years so much so I decided to go elsewhere prior. I was contacted by their customer service and I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt for a second time. The pattern was even worst than when I decided to depart from their service. As usual for a few couple of transactions it is good then the tide will turn in a bad way. Lately in March I had an urgent matter to deal with and I had to send funds quickly for it to be paid on said day. I was informed that the system is down and they will ring back and it will be sorted. The information they communicated was sent to the company with regards to payment to inform them its not my fault and although I was given time based on what was communicated it never materialised. As a result I was Penalised with a 500.00 fine . I tried again in April 3 weeks ago to send again and the same pattern of events regarding technicalities again even worst an issue. During that time an email was sent to the CEO or customer service to no avail. They would not respond whilst I am incurring fines again this time a fine of !k was levied if I did not pay on time that is my contractual agreement. I demanded my money back which was REFUSED. I contacted them by email on the matter and I was ignored and continued to be ignored. They felt they can cause problems and customer should accept it. We are aware that systems can go wrong but its the BAD attitude and incompetence of the Company and its staff. They are not prepared to accept their wrongs they just blatantly blank ones emails and telephone calls. When I was informed of their temporary issues I had asked to be reimbursed as I would then try another company I was reassured it will be fixed and there was no need. They then decided not to take calls when it was found to be not as they communicated. I could go on but I do not have the time. The above should give the general consensus of ATL. They are awful and I have given them enough Trials. If they want to compete they need to be professional and REFUND customers money when it is requested when they are the ones who have got the problem therefore customers can try elsewhere. Its not hard to REFUND a customer's money. But they felt they had a right to hold on. I hve gone elsewhere now never to return. 1 Review is much too high for them they should be given "(0")

Excellent service. They always answer the phone right away. Their Benin partner sometimes has technical issues and payment can take 24 to 48 hours
