Overall the food was well prepared and the products quality was generally fresh. I really liked the scrambled eggs, avocado, gravlax and chipolata. However, the cream fresh tasted as low quality and the bred seemed old. The potato cake tasted bland.

My partner and I stumbled upon this place completely by accident. We normally go by recommendations but decided to try something different and we are so glad we did! From the moment we walked to the door wondering if the had availability, to the moment we left, everything was fantastic. Michael greeted us with a warm smile and wonderful enthusiasm, seating us at the window. It was such a lovely evening, it felt as though we were on holiday watching the world go by. I had the mussels and my partner had the scallops to start. Both were fantastic. Considering both can go terribly wrong and tasted like rubber if not cooked well, we were so delighted when they were cooked to perfection. The white sauce with the mussels was the perfect balance of zest and salt. For the mains we both had the sole with a medley of vegetables and polenta fries on the side. The polenta fries were a perfect consistency of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'm not sure what the sauce on the side was, but it was a perfect match and so tasty. The sole was also cooked perfectly. It was soft and delicate and the vegetables complimented it perfectly, particularly the leek confit. For dessert we both had the chocolate cake and oh how divine. I love chocolate and so I can be very fussy. But this chocolate cake was warm, soft and gooey and paired with a delicious coconut ice cream with real coconut shards which added a great texture and flavour bursting in your mouth. All in all it was a wonderful evening with a great atmosphere and fantastic food. However, the icing on the cake and what really made it special was Michael and Harry. They ran the whole restaurant without a hiccup. They were attentive without being over-bearing and they made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. They were both wonderful and added that little extra something to an already great night.
