Absolute disgrace. Similar experience to others. While a dying parent lays in pain they fail to deliver an urgent order two days running and somehow appear unable to track where tems are such that District Nurse had to place order again. Still waiting for specialist mattress and mum still lying in pain and discomfort in her last days that perhaps could have been alleviated. Shameful and blatant disregard for "customers" and shocking that NHS continues to pay a bunch of non caring and hopeless clowns for inadequate service.

been waiting over 4 months for a piece of equipment. They constantly lied to my social worker they had delivered it. Had to call up to find out what was going on and had to deal with the most rude and obnoxious women. Before even checking she called me a liar and said if they told social it was delivered then it was. After getting her to check she said it was still pending and did no apologise for her obnoxious behaviour. Few weeks later get a call saying they will be delivering it the next day. spent 2 hours trying to call them the day after being hung up on over 4 times then when i finally get hold of surprise surprise the same rude women they tell me they are out of stock yet they confirmed they had one reserved for me 2 days earlier and now telling me I have to wait yet again. This company is disgusting and an absolute disgrace had no intention of contacting me about them not delivering the vital equipment I needed.

I also had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this awful company. With the Manager Louis too, he's a waste of space. Kept promising the hospital bed will be delivered and it never came - we stayed in for days on end. They lie to you saying they attempted to deliver. Then they attempted to deliver at MIDNIGHT, no phonecall to give us notice. what planet are they on?? I spoke to Louis the manager at the Ilford branch, he hung up on me because he was so useless. didn't even pretend to care that he messed up. We are going through an already stressful time, and he made it 100 times worse. They lie to you, they don't deliver when they say they will, they mess you around, they waste your time and give you tons of stress. The manager Louis should be SACKED. & He should be ashamed of hanging up the phone on me when I complained. he is diabolical and a real disgrace. Very upsetting and stressful experience. Buy your own private healthcare equipment.do not go through this company. You have been warned
