Got my phone screen repaired at the Canary Wharf shop. The person at the shop was polite, helpful and clear about the quality and extent of the repair.

This establishment appears to have a policy of exacting fees for their services, regardless of the outcome. On one occasion, I was told that they would "have a look" at my mobile phone, only to be charged 30, even though the issue was not resolved. This experience, combined with prior instances of having to return for the same problem and being charged again, has left me with the impression that the priority of this establishment is to extract as much monetary compensation as possible, rather than providing quality care to their clients.
