Had to get an MOT for an imported car. Excellent service and generally a very pleasant experience. The team went out of its way to provide information and guidance for follow up repairs where necessary.

I had an unexpected flat tyre on my way home, was able to nurse my car along the road when I spotted Sidcup Auto repairs. Eze came to my rescue and changed my tyre and ordered me a replacement to fit the next day. Eze was so helpful and kind along with Alfie. Ive been a loyal customer for many years and value the service provided by Ez and his team very highly. I broke down in Kent the other day and the AA man said I needed a new starter motor. A quick call to Ez, I dropped the car off and within a couple of hours I had a new starter motor and was back on the road. Great customer service, great team. Cant recommended highly enough. Worryingly my car went in to limp-home mode on the A2 a couple of weeks ago. Unbelievably my main dealer was unable to run a diagnostic check for three weeks. Sidcup Auto ran the check within two days, road tested the car and reset the EMS warning light. Since then, they have carried out its MOT and service. Needless to say I will not be using the main dealer again. A big thank you to Ezra, Carol and Alfie for your friendly, efficient service. By the way, you will now be getting my wife and daughters custom as well as mine. I will certainly be recommending you. Thank you again.
