        Went here to get some advice on swimming toys for a baby and to buy a car seat. We spoke to Diane who was very pleasant and helpful. She also helped us install the seat and made sure everything was safe. Great customer service.

        Shoaib at Smyths Gallions Reach store went above and beyond today. Due to a foot surgery I am in weight bearing trauma shoe and foot is bandaged, I limped into the store with my 2 children to buy them gifts. He helped me with enquiries, helped with the baskets anbd unloading out things into the counter and gave me a chair to sit on, this was all without me asking. When I was at the check out counter I also saw him offering another lady to carry her big box to the car which she really appreciated. Staff like this are rare to find! It was my first day out of the house in 4 weeks and I cant express how easy and pleasant he made our shopping experience.
