Excellent service from Swaffield Bros from start to finish. I have new Amtico flooring put in through out the downstairs hallway and kitchen and new carpet put into the lounge. Great advice and selection of flooring and carpets available. Really flexible, patient and accommodating to our moving installation dates. Kelly was great in the shop and Steve great with the fitting. Highly recommended and really pleased I bought locally.

Swaffield Bros. fitted new carpets upstairs and a stair runner. We are so pleased with the service and carpets, Kelly was very helpful throughout. We would recommend Swaffield Bros and would definitely use them again.

Great service buying a carpet from Swaffield Brothers! Kelly was very helpful, helping us to select the right carpet and picking the perfect thresholds to match our flooring. She also accommodated our repeated rescheduling without any complaints at all. The fitter did a great job and were really pleased with our new carpet.

We approached Swaffield as they were a local shop who provided the Amtico flooring for our entire downstairs area. George in the showroom was very knowledgeable and helped us select the colour. As the first fitting incorporated our hallway, office and living room George came out personally to measure the space and discuss the fitting process. Customer service was exceptional for our first fitting. We had a kids Xmas party planned and was working to a deadline. However Amtico were delayed with their delivery (covid!). Prep work had been done but the flooring hadn't arrived, but Swaffield came to the rescue and Kelly arranged for the fitter Steve to drive and pick up the flooring direct from Amtico. Steve worked flat out over the next two days and our flooring was done all in time for our gathering. Our second fit happened after our new kitchen had been installed, again George came out to measure up and Steve fitted the flooring. Lifting the existing boarder to have a continuous pattern through the kitchen. I can't recommend Swaffield enough, from start to finish the service has been outstanding.
