As a first time buyer the whole purchasing a property has been very new to me and I have been learning on the job so to speak. Paul Fryer and his colleagues have been very helpful from start to finish. Paul showed me the property and he was very personable friendly and reassuring and answered any questions I had. He was also honest when he could not give me cetain information that he was not at that moment privy too. I text or called him after the viewing and he always was quick to get back to me and try and sign post me to the answer or information I needed futher during the buying process if it was out of his remit, surveys etc..I felt I made a good choice using James Gorey. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Paul might be the best estate agent I've ever seen. He has been unbelievably helpful and guiding in every way. Thanks to him, my wife and I moved into a very nice house.
