Sadie is an excellent trainer. Shes committed to your progress and creates workouts which are designed to help you succeed. Part of the reason Sadie is such a good trainer is that she will push you further than you think youre capable, but never too far. At the end of a workout with Sadie you often feel really proud of what youve accomplished. I have worked with trainers in both the US and UK and can say Sadie is one of the best Ive worked with.

A game changer for me, I love the social aspect, new training and understanding the methods of the why, how and reasoning behind my workouts, Sadie has all of this in abundance with Undefinable fitness and the Undefinable Living Community is the best from all across the globe, we have one common goal and thats to get stronger together.
