Could not have imagined a smoother process. Jack was invaluable in helping me find a flat and then pushing the process forward with the seller and solicitors. He then put me in touch with Matthew and Amy, who had a tenant lined up for my flat within days at a rate well above my expectations. Really impressed by the Johns&co team!

Sharing experience with John's&Co West Hampstead branch after getting 3 months service from them. It was Jun'22, started 2 bedroom house or flat hunt. Contacted several agency. Unfortunately, none of them was useful. Finally, a gentleman Mr. Daniel from Johns&Co called me since I registered on their portal as well. He carefully asked my requirement & urgency and went away. I thought he will be the same as others. But this time, I was wrong. Next day, Mr. Daniel called me and scheduled a brand new flat viewing within budget. Timely, he helped me to see the flat and appraised about market situation and gave few tips and tricks on how to deal in this situation that was his extended support. On spot, offered him and requested to proceed for next steps. After getting decision from landlord, Mr. Daniel called me and told house owner has accepted my offer and requested to proceed for documentation and complete the rest of formalities. Mrs. Amy came in picture to help in documentation. It was very smooth process and within a week, all the formalities completed with % per requirements and shifted in new house with family I appreciate Mr. Daniel and his colleagues effort to get a house during house crisis. They have good people of team and responsible for different type of work (viewing, referencing, inventory check, accounting, property management etc.).
