Rubicon

Currently in the process of purchasing a flat through Rubicon. Kieran helped me throughout the process of property selection and was always available, and unlike many agents human in his interactions. Their local knowledge clearly puts them ahead of others. I'm now moving into the contracting stage and I feel confident the next steps will be smooth and honest too.

Just purchased a flat with Rubicon, In all the property purchases we have made this has been the best experience we have ever had with any agent. Our initial viewing was with Kieran who not only showed us any properties they had that met our requirements but also took the time to show us the best places in the area to visit, Kieran's knowledge of the area and the fact that Rubicon are a local agent with intimate knowledge of the area made this the best experience we have had viewing any property. During the purchasing process we had the pleasure of dealing with Paul who always kept us up to date and dealt with any queries quickly and really helped to keep the whole process moving as smoothly as possible. By far the biggest difference we have had with Rubicon from any other agent is the service after completion with them going above and beyond to help us with settling in and to help with any issues, This is where their local knowledge and relationships with the staff of the buildings really shows. I have used Rubicon since 2014 to rent out my flat, and most recently in 2023 to sell the flat. They are an excellent business in every regard, without doubt the best estate agents I have ever dealt with (and I have used quite a few across London including the big names over the last ten years). The fees they charge are definitely worth it and they work hard for those fees. Communications are always excellent. 5 stars in every regard.
