Unprofessional. Had a viewing booked in yesterday at 1. The advert for the place had been taken down, I called the office a couple of hours before to confirm as I didn't want to view a place that had already been taken. Was told they're not sure and that they will get the person who is doing the viewing to call me but had nothing. Just a lack of customer care, imagine I turned up to the property (would have taken me an hour by public transport to get to) just for the person to not be there. Very unprofessional and would not reccomend.

Great communication, great service: Akash was my first point of contact with 99home when enquiring about selling my property. I had sold through 99home 3 years ago. At that time I had gone with the most simple package which meant I chose to handle much of the admin myself. After speaking to Akash, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the current housing market and how things may be changing in the future. I was so impressed I decided to upgrade my package this time as I felt I would feel much more confident in the process with Akash handling my account. My confidence was well placed. Throughout the selling process Akash was always quick to respond and his communication was always professional, knowledgeable and extremely prompt. I received an offer on my property which was lower than I had wanted but I was feeling anxious about selling before prices started to come down. Akash encouraged me to hold on and continue to show the property, not much later we accepted an offer that was 11,000 higher. The whole selling process has been smooth and stress free thanks to Akash and 99home.

Extremely happy with the services: From the very start, my experience with 99home (Komal, Ritika and the team) has been great. In the process of letting my rental property I have been supported the whole way through. I received lot of interest after the property was advertised by 99Home which were all handled and arranged through their (99Home) own dashboard. Once I confirmed the tenants and informed 99home, the referencing and tenant move-in process had been very smooth. They made the whole process extremely easy. Response (on my queries and issues) that I received from the team was far better than the high street agents. I would definitely recommend using them.
