Both Sarah and Sandra at the cheam office went above and beyond with their help with selling my property it wasnt a easy transaction for them and indeed the buyer was far from easy I would happily recommend them to my friends that are still in the cheam area and advise them not to use any other agent Thank you again ladies

I had particularly complex purchase which included issues with the land I was buying, amendments required to the lease and quite a difficult solicitor. This meant it took just over 2 years to purchase the property in total. As a first time buyer, this was all very new to me but thankfully Sarah is very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful which made the whole process so much easier. As soon as any action had to be taken, either by my solicitor or the sellers solicitor, Sarah would chase this and communicate this to me. My solicitor was particularly difficult to get hold of but Sarah was doing everything she could to help. Im sure the purchase would have fallen through without her help, I cant recommend her enough! She provided a brilliant and professional service throughout and I am so thankful for her help and expertise.
