Erica and Priya had been wonderful and most helpful in our process of moving. Our case was a particularly difficult one thanks (!) to our landlord being weird at all stages because we rejected her offer to continue as her tenants. I am grateful these estate agents have supported us despite the obstacles, and I seriously doubt anyone else could have managed it. Through a time of great distress, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of how good and assuring it felt on every time we had a chance to talk to them. There are always problems in life, however it is proper communication that gets us through mentally unscarred. Moving to our new home, we found the flat in a brilliant state, as advertised by Priya. Fresh, clean, bright. A sweet sweet welcome kit was also left for us. Overall we're glad we found a home let by Barnard Marcus and particularly Erica&Priya!.

Shockingly bad experience of having instructed the Muswell Hill branch to sell my flat. The worst lack of communication I have ever experienced from an estate agent. Routinely ignoring my emails, multiple times claiming that they couldnt get in touch with the buyers solicitor or the buyer, wasting 4 months of my time. Then ignoring my multiple requests for them to remove my property from the portals they had it advertised on, when I had moved to another agent.

Priya and Erica have provided an outstanding service. Efficient, understanding and professional. The term 'dream team' gets thrown around a lot; for these two it is well deserved. They have made a challenging experience managable and I have no hesitations in recommending.

We had the most amazing experience from the moment we met Andrijana. She was professional, efficient and so friendly and helpful. We cannot thank her enough for finding our perfect home! I cannot recommend her and her team enough. Her communication skills and how personable she was made things so easy! My little boy loved her too! He still talks about her! She made moving house feel easy! I highly recommend her and her team!
