Dont do it! Very disappointing and unprofessional. Impossible to make contact and communication was sorely lacking. Quick to issue the invoice but never to respond to other emails. Failed to follow up to ensure maintenance issues were addressed despite my repeated asking for photos to demonstrate the works had been done! Constant turnover of staff - seemed every month was a new agent just as unable to provide the most basic of services as the last.
