Stonebridge managed both the letting of our property and eventual sale. Neither was straightforward due to unforeseen circumstances but everyone at Stonebridge went above and beyond to help us. They were kind, understanding, practical and ultimately successful in achieving a decent outcome on both fronts. We went with them on gut instinct initially - based on how personable they were - over several other agents. We've never had cause to doubt the wisdom of that decision. We highly recommend.

We purchased a property in Noel Park listed by Stonebridge & Co and recently exchanged contracts. We were really happy with the communication from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate recommending Stonebridge & Co. Jonny in particular provided an excellent service. He was straight talking and avoided being pushy unlike other agents we met in the area. From the first viewing we had we felt we were being listened to, our queries were answered promptly, and we were kept informed the entire way.
