I recently purchased my first home with Entralon, and was dealing with one of the agents Nina Tavakoli from the start. I honestly do not have to words to describe how incredible she has been throughout this process. From the very start she was incredibly flexible with my busy work schedule to arrange viewings, and helped me find a mortgage broker. Nina had exceeded all expectations, working well past standard working hours (I was getting emails from her at 10pm!). She was constantly checking in with me throughout the process, ensuring that I was heading towards completion as thoroughly and quickly as possible. Whenever I wasn't happy with something she would immediately try to solve the issue, making me feel like a priority from beginning to end. After completion she was still checking in with me, making sure everything was up to standard and that I was happy with the place after I had moved in. After living in London for 3 years and having terrible experiences with estate agents, Nina really has set the standard of what it is to be a good estate agent. She is incredibly humble, kind, and professional. I could go on and on about how spectacular she has been. Nina had made the whole process of buying my first home an exciting, smooth and joyful one. And for that, I will be forever grateful. Thank you for everything you have done for me Nina.
