Honestly Rob and Chris have been very helpful in the search, constantly sending new information as well as making appointments for visits. Rob's tone and attitude (as others have pointed out here) leaves much to be desired. There is no understanding of buyer relationships and it's his way or no way. Poor website, poor service, no desire to engage meaningfully. Simply have many listings doesn't make you a great broker. I will not put my hard earned investment money into the hands of someone who clearly doesn't respect the whole process and people's individualities. As others; it gains 1 star as it's the only way to rate / warn others!
