Really good surgery, staff are great. Especially Annie who was amazing in assisting me with the requirements needed for my test. She also arranged an, on the spot appointment with the doctor, which is really great of her to do.

The reception team are really professional, helpful, they listen to your problems and advice accordingly. Shefali called me back as promised and help me sort out my face to face appointment. Rashmi has a good customer service attitude, she saw me in the morning and was making sure if everything was going well. Great reception staff.

Today my visit to Premier medical Centre was amazing, I was seen by Khushbu, I was welcomed by Khushbu, in a very friendly and professional manner, I was informed in a professional manner what I should expect during my visit, what will be outcome of the visit. All the information was provided by Khushbu was very informative and useful. Khushbu made my visit to clinic stress free. I am very happy with over all service provided by Premier Medical Centre, all the staff is very professional, empathetic and very well trained includes, Reception, Admin, Management and Doctors. The benchmark set up by Premier medical Centre to provide services to patients at very high standards and they are tirelessly working hard to achieve their goal to provide high quality of service to the community. I would give 5 star rating to Premier medical center's team because they are genuinely working hard and putting their efforts, so patient's can have better quality of life. I would highly recommend each and every one who lives in Brent Borough should register with Premier medical centre.
