From the get-go, the property management team were abhorrent to work with. They did not seem to have any sense of urgency when it came to any issues we faced over the span of the two years we live in our property. Over the course of this time, there were multiple occasions where issues that shouldve been resolved within a few weeks took months. For instance, the bed frame that was originally in the flat was broken when we moved in - this was not resolved until eight months or so later. When we questioned our property manager on the delay with solving this, they would often respond with saying that they were waiting for correspondence from the landlady. But often, they hadnt even bothered to send an email until we chased up our original email (sometimes two or three times until we received a response from CE).
There are several separate examples of this, but another major issue we encountered was the quick turnover of property managers. Due to the high turnover, it appeared that communication between each of them was non-existence. This was particularly frustrating when we in the midst of resolving an issue that had existed for a number of months in the property.
Our experience with Chase Evans is the main reason as to why we moved out of our flat and decided to rent though another agency instead.
