Both my boys have been attending for over a year and have steadily progressed. Great atmosphere and real sense of camaraderie. In-house grading is a real bonus as previous clubs have had additional travel and charges for this. All queries and concerns dealt with promptly. Highly recommend.

An outstanding fitness centre, with a wide variety of classes for all ages and levels of fitness. The boot camps have helped me to gain a good level of fitness. Four of my daughters attended Muay Thai classes and my son attends the Jiu Jitsu class, both of which were professionally run. 313 has excellent facilities which are really well maintained, and its passionate and professional trainers, and friendly staff make 313 a fitness centre. Highly recommend.

Excellent classes and facilities for children. A real focus on teaching them discipline that they can apply to other aspects of their lives and to improve their character. The teachers are really great with their children and my two boys enjoy the variety within the lessons. Would definitely recommend to other parents.
