Deil was fantastic on both my visits to the store. He had a wealth of experience and knowledge and explained everything really clearly giving some great options. Best Customer Service Ive had in a long time and would highly recommend him and the services of the store.

Great service from Deil - prompt in answering queries and explained everything thoroughly . After buying carpet from here went back to Deil for our timber floors and again was very helpful, very good at following up queries and explaining the full range of options. An asset to Carpetright !

I bought vinyl from the store near Barnes Station. There is no supply available to pick up, but you need to order and wait two weeks. After ordering, there is a fee for delivery. I opted for collection from the store, but this shop doesn't have space to store. So, I need to go far to collect my vinyl, 40 minutes drive. Very annoying

Another happy customer thanks to Deil. Customer service is A*. I went back and forth to him so many times and he was never challenged by this. I never felt pressured because he wanted me to be happy with what I was ordering He kept his word on a price after numerous warehouse stock shortages meant that I was unable to get my initial choices. Really impressed. Thank you
