BoConcept Finchley Road London

I recently visited the BoConcept Finchley road store and was extremely disappointed with the sales staff's attitude and level of service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in helping me find what I was looking for. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other and checking their phones than assisting customers. When I finally managed to get one of the staff's attention, their demeanor was incredibly rude and dismissive. They barely listened to what I was looking for and seemed to be in a hurry to move on to the next customer. To make matters worse, when I asked some questions about a particular item, the staff member seemed annoyed and impatient with my inquiries. They gave me very little information and seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at the BoConcept store. The sales staff's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, and their lack of interest in helping customers was evident. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.

The store is well laid out and lots of the products were on show. The is an outlet upstairs offering good value furniture. Nefeli was very professional and knowledgeable. With her excellent customer service, we brought a coffee table. She made sure everything is sorted and gave us all the delivery times straight away.

Really cute staff. Really just wanted to browse, but ended up seeing some amazing bargains. Made my day.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a very professional looking member of staff. Even though I was only looking at the Accessories, I was offered a drink and told that they offer a free design service, I definitely will be back. Thanks for the great selection of accessories.
