Had a welcoming atmosphere at Vashi store in Canary Wharf. I was assisted by Louis who amazingly explained all the details to my questions, which was very essential to me. Louis is very patient, polite and good communicator. Learnt a lot from his personal knowledge of such industry Thanks a lot!

MY BEAUTIFUL ENGAGEMENT RING Thank you so much to Vashi and in particular Sonya, who helped my other half choose the ring, guiding him through choices and adaptations to make it truly unique and so special. A total surprise to me and I couldn't be more thrilled with how STUNNING it is We visited the store at The Royal Exchange a few days ago to get the ring re-sized (we were expecting to drop the ring off, determine my correct size and leave for the ring to be posted back to us at a later date) and the jeweler/craftsman did it there and then in store! We got to meet Sonya in store which was lovely and sign the Vashi message wall! My beautiful, sparkly ring is now PERFECT forever. We cannot recommend Vashi enough. Thank you so much Sonya.

My fianc bought my engagement ring from Vashi, and Sonya ensured that his experience was truly memorable from start to finish. My ring is absolutely stunning and we were even able to bring it in for a free engraving. We went back to buy a gift for my fianc, and Sonya helped us to pick out the perfect piece of jewellery. Vashi, and Sonya in particular, have been a wonderful part of our journey and we are looking forward to purchasing our wedding rings there in the future.
