        We stored our belongings at big yellow between moving flats for about a week. The storage is what you would expect, easy and clean. But its Farah who served us that really made the difference. She is on top of everything, explained everything clearly, kind, happy and remembered me each time we spoke. A real asset to big yellow.

        Nothing but excellent service and prices. From Farrah to Jihad and everyone in between, everyone I've dealt with has been amazing. Patient and professional. I was expecting a cold service simply because you usually get it with big companies but this time I received an excellent experience. I will be a long time costumer.
