Munise was the best agent I ever worked with. She helped us secure our flat in September in about a week. She is kind, fair and honest (which is incredibly rare in this London market) She made our move smooth and made sure that we felt valued as tenants. She does equally represent both landlord and tenant and make sure both are happy and both have a good deal! Kelly was also very responsive and helpful helping us fixing some issues upon arrival. This agency is tenant friendly and I can only recommend them

They have been super helpful in finding a rental home for me and with all the paperwork without any hassles. Would like to thank their staff members, particularly Edita, who helped us to settle in smoothly and her prompt responses to our queries regarding the fixtures, owner/previous tenants communications, bills etc. were really supportive I would totally recommend their services.
