        Very poor service. The drivers lie to you and tell you that only cash payments are accepted as part of the company policy. Drivers will try to charge you more if you didnt double check the taxi fare with the call centre. Some drivers drive completely recklessly. If you pass on a complaint on the website, you wont get a response. It speaks a lot about their overall customer service. Chigwell Taxis was once the best but once bought by Sadlers, the quality massively decreased.
