Terrible customer service, all they do is chat between themselves and walk around in circles. Rude behaviour and repeatedly say you know the rules. 30 per person!! They forcefully say u have to pay that per person.

Its a minimum spend of 20pp and they REFUSED to serve tap water. We ordered food, drinks & shisha and yet they refused to provide tap water for the table. The manager claimed only restaurants that serve alcohol require to do so. I wont be returning. A 21 mixed grill is only suitable for one. Simply not worth it. The food tasty (just not worth the price) and staff were nice. Good heating outside.

Terrible service with extortionately priced meals. We were told to leave within 2 hours of being there, didnt even give us the chance to finish the pot of tea and dessert we ordered. How do they expect dinner and shisha all to be enjoyed within 2hours. Our meal didnt even arrive until 45mins after we were seated. This is disgusting!

Great experience, lovely customer service and good food! Shuhel was a great help and gave us the best time! Definitely will come back again!
