I have called many times with urgent, last minute orders and they have not once failed to deliver. The communication is very transparent, they will inform you when an item/s low in stock or totally out of stock and will recommend a replacement or inform you of the date, when it will be back in stock. Brother Mohammed goes out of his way to give excellent service. I have always had a 5* experience, definitely will recommend these guys.
